Availability: All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the order quantity of any item or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Pricing: All prices listed on GobelBattery.com are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include applicable shipping costs, import duties, customs fees, or local taxes unless explicitly specified (e.g., DDP terms).
Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, bank wire transfers (T/T), and other online payment gateways available at checkout. Full payment is required before order processing and dispatch.

4. SHIPPING, CUSTOMS AND DELIVERY

Shipping Terms: Delivery times provided on the site are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping delays caused by customs processing, carrier logistics, or extreme weather are beyond our direct control.
Customs and Import Duties: Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, tariffs, VAT, and local customs clearance procedures in their respective destinations, unless DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping service is expressly selected and purchased.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Warranty Period: Products purchased from GobelBattery.com come with a limited manufacturer warranty starting from the date of receipt. Specific warranty terms for individual battery models or accessories are detailed on their respective product pages.
Return Policy: Unused and undamaged items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to prior authorization from our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verifiable manufacturing defect or shipment error.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from overcharging, over-discharging, short-circuiting, improper installation, unauthorized modification, exposure to extreme heat or water, or failure to follow battery operating guidelines.
